Surgery is not recommended for everyone. Have them talk through the realistic outcomes you can expect to achieve from the surgery and the entire procedure (including any follow-ups). Don’t forget, the results differ from person to person, so what may have worked well for others may not be the same case for you. The rate of success is pre-determined by your area of baldness and the amount of donor hair you can provide.
